Interior Office Renovation

This project consists of an Alteration Type 2 renovation of an existing interior office suite at 410 Morgan Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

The scope of work includes minor relocation of non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling repairs, upgraded lighting and electrical modifications, and replacement of interior finishes. In addition, the project includes under-slab plumbing rough-in work consisting of excavation of the existing slab, installation of new below-grade drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping, fixture branch lines, and capped stub-ups for future plumbing fixtures, followed by backfill and slab restoration.

All work is limited to interior improvements. There is no change to use, egress, or occupancy, and no modifications are made to the building envelope or yard requirements.

All work is performed in accordance with approved plans and in compliance with applicable NYC Building Code requirements. The project modernizes and upgrades the functionality of the existing office suite while maintaining the building’s current classification and configuration.
