This project consists of emergency stabilization, exterior structural repairs, and interior demolition and renovation at 161 Saratoga Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

The initial phase of work included site protection measures such as construction fencing, sidewalk shed and overhead protection, and controlled demolition of compromised exterior wall sections. Temporary wall bracing and structural shoring were installed to stabilize the existing masonry façade and adjoining structural elements. Emergency exterior repairs addressed deteriorated brickwork, structural cracking, and localized structural failure, with crack monitoring implemented to track movement and ensure building stability.

Following stabilization, interior demolition was performed to remove damaged framing and finishes. Renovation work includes reconstruction of interior partitions, structural reinforcement where required, and restoration of affected building components.

All work is performed in accordance with approved construction documents and applicable NYC Building Code requirements.
