This project consists of interior renovations, structural upgrades, and construction of a rear extension at 92 Brooklyn Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

The scope of work includes installation of new drywall partitions, drop ceilings, floor joists, a new roof, and construction of a new stair bulkhead. Structural work also includes new footings and foundation to support a four-story rear extension measuring approximately 9.66 feet by 20 feet. A new heat pump system is being installed as part of the building systems upgrade.

All work is performed in accordance with approved plans and in compliance with current NYC Building Code requirements. The project includes filing to obtain a new Certificate of Occupancy upon completion.

The improvements modernize and expand the building while reinforcing structural integrity and upgrading mechanical systems.
